Return & Refund Policy



We are committed to the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer free replacements as our standard resolution for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.



Replacements



If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at NURVIAofficial@gmail.com with:


  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A photo or video of the item and packaging



Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement at no extra cost. You do not need to return the original item.


Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind.



Refunds



Our primary resolution is to provide a free replacement. However, in exceptional cases—such as when a replacement is not possible due to stock issues or repeated delivery failures—a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Order Cancellations



Orders can be canceled or changed before the order information is forwarded to our fulfillment partner (usually within a few hours after purchase).

Once the order has been processed and sent for fulfillment, it can no longer be modified or canceled under any circumstances.


If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at NURVIAofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

 

Exceptions



We do not offer replacements or refunds if:


  • The delivery address provided was incorrect
  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • The product is damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery
